Initial Editorial Screening
Upon submission, every manuscript is evaluated by the Editorial Board to determine whether it:
- Complies with the aims and scope of the journal.
- Contains an original academic contribution.
- Meets the minimum academic and formatting standards.

- Conforms to applicable publication ethics.
Manuscripts that do not satisfy the minimum editorial requirements may be returned to the authors before external peer review.
